Religious Education

The religious education programs of St. George Church have as their mission the formation of children and youth as followers of Jesus Christ and members of his Church. Our goal is to help them grow in faith and love of Christ, to know him through prayer and sacraments, and to live according to his teachings. We encourage strong family involvement in all of our programs and recognize that nothing that is done in class can equal in importance the religious experience and example of praying with their own families at home and with the parish community at Mass on Sunday.

Rschoolegistration for religious education programs takes place during July and we request that the completed registration form and payment be returned to the Office of Religious Education no later than August 15th. Classes coincide with the schedule for the Guilford School System.
