Parish Office Closed to In-Person Visitors

With the virus numbers surging and a new more infectious strain emerging, we have made the decision to close the parish office to in-person visitors for the foreseeable future.  Please contact Sara Trotter at 203-453-2788 ext. 210 to coordinate routine items such as Mass Cards, Mass Intentions, etc. Please continue to use either the collection boxes at the weekend masses or the black lockbox outside the Sullivan Center to drop off your offertory envelopes.

Office Hours

Winter Office Hours:
Mondays through Thursdays,
9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Fridays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

We are monitoring the Covid-19 situation and, at times, there may be limited staff within the office each day. Staff who cannot be in the office on a given day will continue to work from home, daily checking emails and voicemails and conducting all business insofar as it is possible during this time.

Fr. Dennis and Fr. Stephen will continue to be available for parishioners’ spiritual needs and any emergencies that may arise during this time. For any needs whatsoever, please call the parish office number: (203) 453-2788 and listen to the options provided in the electronic greeting. For routine matters, please direct these to the appropriate staff person’s extension and they will get back to you. If you are unsure where to direct your call, please leave a message for Sara at extension 210. If you have a sacramental emergency requiring a priest, leave your message at extension 211. (All of these options are given in the initial recorded greeting).

Mass Schedule

In light of continued uncertainty regarding the extent and duration of the coronavirus in the State of Connecticut and throughout the Archdiocese of Hartford, Archbishop Blair has now extended the dispensation from the Sunday obligation through Sunday, May 23, 2021, which is Pentecost Sunday. Live-streaming will continue for both the daily 8:30 am Masses as well as the 10:00 am Sunday Mass. The Archdiocese of Hartford continues to monitor the severity of the situation surrounding the pandemic and will provide updates regarding decisions reached for the archdiocese as they are made. Everyone is asked to continue to carefully consider their decision whether or not to attend Mass at this time.

Daily Mass and Weekend Masses will still have a limit of 100 people at each Mass. Registration is NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR DAILY masses.  A sign in log will be posted at the front entrance. Please sign in as you enter the church with your name/phone number and/or email. This will allow us to be able to contact trace.

Registration IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WEEKEND Masses! Please sign up using the link below. For those with no internet access, you can continue to call Fran in the office at (203-453-2788 x 215) to register. We will keep our same weekend schedule with 4 masses (4:30 on Saturday afternoon and 8, 10, & 11:30 on Sunday).
