The book will open for 2027 on Thursday, November 5, 2026 beginning at 9:30am.
The procedure this year will be as follows: In-person intentions will be given priority between the hours of 9:30 – 1pm only. Your requests will be taken in the order in which you arrive at the office. Once the in-person visits are complete we will begin to address any voicemail messages, email and mailed in requests we have received based on the time we receive them. These messages will be addressed as time allows. Any requests via email and mail will only be accepted after 9:30am on November 5th.
Due to the number of Mass requests, and in our efforts to accommodate everyone, we will be limiting requests as follows: Weekend Masses – 3 per family, Daily Masses – 6 per family. May we suggest you combine family members in one mass intention(i.e. Deceased members of the Doe Family) so that your family can gather to remember their loved ones. Additional Mass requests will be taken after December 3rd.
The donation for a Mass Intention is $15 and can be paid by cash or check. If paying by check, please list Mass Intention and the date in the memo field. Your donation can be left in the collection boxes, in the black lockbox outside of the Father Sullivan Center, or mailed to the office: St. George Church Attn: Mass Intentions 33 Whitfield St. Guilford, CT 06437.
